гемофилия В — дефицитом фактора IX свертывания крови (плазменный компонент тромбопластина); наследуется по рецессивному сцепленному с полом типу, ген F9 локализован на участке q26-q27.3 Х-хромосомы;
гемофилия С — дефицитом фактора XI свертывания крови (предшественник плазменного тромбопластина); наследуется по аутосомно-рецессивному либо аутосомно-доминантному (с неполной пенетрантностью) типу, ген F11 локализован на участке q35 хромосомы 4.
